                                        My Goals

Step 1- Desire

I want to improve on my strength.

Step 2- Belief

Because if I believe in myself I will achieve what I am trying to accomplish.

Step 3- Analyze Where You Are Now

I am at where I can lift what i can.

Step 4- Set Realistic Goals

When I'm lifting I will tell myself "I can do this."

Step 5- Write Your Goals In Detail

Put my goals down on paper and how I want to do it.

Step 6- List The Benefits You Will Receive

I will have more self confidents in myself and my desire will increase as I get more and more toward my goals.

Step 7- Identify Obstacles

If I don't believe in myself  I will not be able to achieve my goals that I set for myself.

Step 8- Identify Knowledge You Will Need

I can't just want to improve on my cardiovascular fitness, I have to go out and achieve at what I'm going for.

Step 9- Make A Plan Of Action

I going to write down step by step on how I'm going to achieve my goal.

Step 10- Develop A Timeline

By developing a timeline will have me organized, not confused on my goal setting, and helps me pace myslef.

Step 11- Monitor Your Progress

By me monitoring my progress will have me still having interest in my goal I've set for myself.

Step 12- Never Give Up

Never let anyone tell me I can't do that or I'll never achieve it. Just keep a positive attitude and I'll  be successful in what I'm trying to achieve.
